Our trader applications are still flooding in, and we wanted to update you on our next confirmed vendors that will be joining us at Scampston Hall! The next delicious stand you’ll be wanting to visit is called The Middle Feast, who will be bringing us a range of beautiful Middle Eastern (ish) street food to enjoy on our August Bank Holiday weekend!
And to really make you hungry, we’re going to tell you a bit about the menu they’ll be serving us from. One item is 48 hour buttermilk marinated chicken shish (or vegan “chicken” if that’s more your thing) cooked over fire on a Turkish Mangal BBQ. On top of that, they’ll be selling their famous sticky harissa chicken wings – and it seems like they’re famous for good reason, they look insane!! There will also be feta fries with za’atar & sumac, mezzès for sharing plus seasonal specials to fit the Summer mood of our food festival.
