Calling all MasterChef fans…We’re so pleased to announce that local Nottingham Chef and MasterChef Finalist Chef Louisa Ellis will be joining us at this year’s Great Northern Food and Drink Festival. Private Chef Louisa reached the finals of MasterChef The Professionals in 2017 when she was just 22! A year later she went on to win the festive BBC special with a mouth-watering New Year’s Eve Feast earning her very high praise from judges Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace.
Louisa has worked in some incredible 1, 2 & 3 Michelin starred restaurants and delivered tasting events across the country. She has big plans for 2022 and we can’t wait until she brings her amazing talent and passion for local produce to the demo tent in August.
Seats in the Festival Demo Kitchen are at no additional cost and are included in the price of your Festival Ticket. Spaces will be limited, however, we’ll be posting a timetable of what’s on so you can easily plan your day with us.
