They’re Loaded Lamb Birria Fries – made by Jimmy Mack’s Street Kitchen who’ll be joining us this August Bank Holiday weekend for our Great Northern Food & Drink Festival. They’ll be serving low and slow smoked meats such as 12hr hickory smoked beef brisket with an amazing range of sides from pineapple salsa to deep fried crispy onion.
