Devon’s Kitchen will be joining us at our Great Northern Food & Drink Festival to provide you with authentic Jamaican street food while you’re wandering around the parkland of Scampston hall. Their chef himself is Jamaican, and many of the recipes making up their menu are passed down from his grandma!
Some of the dishes they’ll be serving include jerk chicken, curry goat, mutton or chicken and root veg and callaloo. All the dishes can be served with rice and peas, salad, dumplings and plantain. Will you be visiting them to try an old favourite, or taste something new? Whichever it is, you need to get organised and get your tickets ASAP 🙂
