Having spent the various 2020/21 lockdowns experimenting with our own dehydrated fruits and infusions and various spirits we launched our first 6 infusions that we felt brought a different dimension to shop-bought flavoured spirits. Using natural raw cane sugar and natural fruits and botanicals, along with a complex dehydration process, the end result is a naturally sweetened and intensified infusion that ‘lifts the spirits’ 
Our aim is to provide the best possible platform for you to experiment with. Whether your preference is a dark and spicy rum, a zesty gin, or a Caribbean flavoured vodka, we feel there is something in our range to suit most tastes. How you build out the palatants using various mixers, spirits, and ice, is down to your preferences, so why not create and name your own cocktail?
