We are a small, husband and wife team that started our business during lockdown. We quickly found our scotch eggs were very popular and we began selling them as a standalone product.
We now sell our scotch eggs at markets and events across the North East. A big part of our ethos is using local suppliers and making ‘made from scratch’ produce. We make everything from scratch, including our own sausage meat.
