About the festival & the venue

The Great Northern Food & Drink Festival has been developed to support local businesses who want to showcase their products directly to customers old & new.
The event will take place at the amazing Scampston Hall and Walled Gardens, situated Nr Malton, North Yorkshire.

We’re expecting up to 20,000 visitors and 200 independent traders to the three day food and drink festival with a wide variety of food & drinks, crafts, locally produced meat, cheese and baked goods.

The focus is to get these local businesses back in front of you, their customers – face to face.

Come along… see, taste and smell the fine selection of produce on offer. Talk to the producers and get a real insight into where their products come from and how they are made.

There will be plenty of entertainment for all ages with live music, baking competitions and fairground rides alongside demonstrations from a number of key vendors.

We’re dog friendly, so feel free to bring along your pooches on a lead.

A FREE shuttle service will be running daily between Malton and Scampston Hall.

Ample all day parking available £2 per vehicle, FREE for Blue Badge holders.

Mobility scooters and children’s wagons available for daily hire.
